Hi, my name's Kirsten, and I used to ask myself the exact same question: "How do I get a hot body like hers?" If you're wondering, that's not me in the picture, it's actually Flavia Del Monte – a really well known personal trainer. I think she has a fantastic body, and she was my inspiration to get a hot body fast. I'm turning 29 in a couple of months, and my new year's resolution this year was to get myself into shape and (dare I dream) get a bikini body, because I wanted to get a hot body that everyone will be jealous of by this time next year.

I'd been trying to lose and not put back on that same 10 pounds over the last 2 years, but it's just been so frustrating with all the weight loss scams that are out there. Okay, so I've been too impatient in wanting to get a hot body fast, and I didn't really set proper goals for myself. Plus… I didn't realize how important my eating habits were (duh, right?) to get a hot body. Phew, now that I've got all that off my chest, it was Flavia that helped me realize all that and get me on the right track of how to get a hot body fast.

How To Get A Bikini Body Fast (According To Flavia)

I started with Flavia's "Full-Body-Licious" program a little over a month ago when it first came out, my biggest worry was that I'd bulk up in muscle (that's just NOT hot). It was a pleasant surprise to find that the workouts were actually fun and fresh, and not at all boring or repetitive like many of the other programs I've tried. Another big plus is that Flavia's "Get A Hot Body" Workouts are all in video, which makes it really easy for me to just follow and learn how to get a bikini body fast! And I'm able to do it all in the comfort of my own home, which is great, and all it takes is just 60 minutes every day. Woohoo!

Another great bonus is the meal plan, which is the biggest challenge for me by far. I love my pizza, chocolate and alcohol, and it was super difficult for me not to indulge especially in the first week, but I'm not going to get a hot body by pigging out!
