Hi, I'm Kirsten and I started Get A Hot Body Fast! because I want to say by the time I'm 30 that I'm in the best shape of my life. One of the biggest things holding me back from getting a hot body that I can be proud of is that I've always been impatient, and I've tried many fad diets and programs to get a bikini body fast with no results.
I've really admire the ladies out there who have paid the price for their great bodies, and seeing their before and after pictures and reading their stories totally inspired me to be a great success story as well. One of my personal heroes is Flavia Del Monte, and right now I'm crushing it with her "Full-Body-Licious" program. I hope that what I share on HotBodyFast.com will inspire others, just as Flavia and many others have inspired me.
